   HeebageX, you may have beginners strings. i just got a guitar for christmas and i was told i have beginners strings so it doesn’t hurt my hands as i learn to play.

   possibly ur not prassing the notes hard enuff. wat u can do is position ur fingers to w.e note u want to play.. and then play it. if it sound weird. keep ur fingers how they are and play each string individually if any of the strings does not sound clear. press harder. also watch out if any other finger mught be touching a string it should not be

   Hey, I am trying to figure out the guitar chords for the song Brothers Gonna Work it Out by Willie Hutch

   I just need to know how to play the chords for the first 8 seconds or so. will greatly appreciate the help.

    @Thechokomonkey thats why you get a “capo”, it helps, so you dont have to use your whole finger

    Is there any site where you can find songs with chords (C, D, E, F, G, A, H…) instead of numbers and lines?

    @charmedbrauden Yeah, usually if you just type in “Your Song” chords, you can find it.

    I like this video but I feel like I got a more complete lesson when I used Jam-O-Rama. net…I just started about 4 months ago but it really makes it pretty easy

    Learn Bm or better yet learn Street Spirit by Radiohead. It is really easy and helped me remeber some cords. Also learn jumper the cords are Am (Really like F#m or something but, they are close) C G. Get the beat down and you are set.
