   run drills..for example if theres a certain shape that you wanna get better at or whatever, do it over and over till ur speed gets up..also what kinda helps me is learning scales and playing them as fast as you can over and over with time your speed will gain!

   practice. go slow at first and go faster as time goes by It takes 4 ever but I’m pretty damn good
