   i beg my mom for a guitar and now that i have own im teaching myself and i found your video and im finding it very useful so THANK YOU! but i have one question when your playing knocking on heavens door your playing with yur hands not a pik but how do yu stum like what do yu use your thumb or index cause i use my thumb to strum down but what do yu use to go up? can yu please tell me to show me?

   heavens door was the first song for me
   anyways nice from you to teach the beginners
   I like the acoustic guitar much more than the electric(more passion)

   Hey, what chord was it that you started out teaching in the beginning of this video?

   I believe it was 3rd fret, 2nd string
   2nd fret 1st string
   and 2nd fret 1st string

   but you didn’t give it a name?

    ohhh my goddd! i just started playing guitar last sunday (thats when i saw your video) and have been practicing 2 hours a day!!!!!!!! i loooovee it! my fingers hurt and i cant feel the keys as i type!

    quick question… on sunshine of your love (by cream), when you strum A one last time… do you strum 8 times up and down or just count out 8?
