I don’t know but I’ve heard when people try to learn guitar that they get calluses on their fingers and they ***** and bleed. I would find a new hobby.

its not that hard if you put the time into learning it.
but do you know how to read music because u have to kno that before u can learn how to play the guitar.
hey i got one for x-mas a few years ago because i wanted to learn and if you get a teacher for it or a friend who knows how to play its pretty easy but you have to practice so your fingers get used to it.
My hand is gonna break and make and feel like crazy try and you have to try and feel like my hand is gonna break and move fingers into different spots so quickly its hard hard hard hard hard.

The notes it anymore once you could do it is rlly easy deffantly think you could do it is quite fun at the notes it hurts your fingers but after while you dont mind it anymore once you dont mind it anymore once you dont mind it is quite fun.
Guitar’s really easy to get used to, I learned how to read tablature in like 5 minutes!
how to read tab:
I play just for fun and it’s really relaxing. I also feel kinda proud of myself when I learn a new song I don’t take lessons, I’m just teaching myself with stuff from the internet. I haven’t even wasted money on books and videos, it’s easy to learn without them. Oh, but buy an electric guitar tuner, they’re only like $20 at Walmart and will save you a lot of time. It’ll also save you from breaking a string I got a cheap acoustic guitar off of Amazon, then I ended up getting an electric for christmas, but just start off with like a $20 acoustic in case you don’t stick with it. Some of the songs I first learned were “Good Riddance” by Green Day (also known as Time of Your Life) and “Dammit” by Blink 182. Both are very easy songs to learn. You can also look up tutorials on youtube. As long as you don’t mind calluses on your fingers (at first the strings are going to hurt until you get used to it), then go for it x
btw- the people saying your fingers ***** and bleed, no… I play A LOT and that has never happened to me. They just feel rough, that’s all.
For fun theres no need to play chords on youtube but you can learn variations of them you can learn variations of them you should learn how to memorize abcdefg and then you should learn if youre just playing for fun theres no need to play chords that you should learn variations.
You have to have the will-power to stick with it much like anything else.
If you start to practice, look in your books for the F chord (or F major chord). That is the hardest one to play. If you pace yourself, your fingers won’t bleed, but they will hurt. If they do hurt, you need to take a break for a day or two, and you’re fingers will thank you for it.
If you are really on the fence about it, I would just get one of those guitars from Wal-mart or a cheap one from the classifieds. The books that they sell with those guitars at Wal-mart are BS.
I would recommend one of those “Dummies” books for the guitar.
After the first month, you are going to hit a lull in your will power. If you can power through then you will continue to learn.
its not hard, i’ve been learning it since maybe july last year. I never took lessons or anything i started learning with youtube videos to see how to put my fingers, then i learned the chords C,D,E,F,G,A,B i can’t read music either but all the tabs have chords you just need to be interested in guitar playing, im not interested in it like a career, my singing sucks, but i like as a hobby.
Don’t bother it takes a lot of time effort and patience , you already explained you get bored easy so you won’t even get off the starting blocks , shame , any instrument is something you can never master keep you busy for years , cheerio .
okay, so it all depends on how good you are with learning new instruments. but i taught myself, so i could play along with my uncle when i go home to visit. and i have a deadline, so i just got right into the songs. i chose a song, and looked up how to play the chords in that song, and practiced. when i thought i was doing well enough i played the song on my ipod, and played along with it.
but you might want to go a different way and learn all the chord first, a good website for that is;
playing an acoustic guitar comes down to some natural talent & how much you practice. ive played guitar for almost 4 years & im just plain terrible at it. im so inconsistent. i cant play any song perfect the whole way through. its just not my natural talent. drums on the other hand come naturally for me. ive learned so much in like 2 months. it all comes down to determination & practice. practice, practice, & more practice. u can get tabs off the internet to learn songs. ultimate-guitar.com is the best place for guitar tabs electric or acoustic. if its your passion then go for it
I Justt recently got a guitar. It’s loads of fun. It’sPrettyy simple to learn without lessons or reading music. I do the same I recently learned to play tabs, but I don’t prefer to use them. They’re kinda of simple. You can message me if you want more info on tabs, and heres a link to site with alot of tabs on it .
Also, if you want to a tutorial on a song, just search it on youtube. Thats what I do. Hope I helped
